If you have, you might have noticed our lovely (and very comfortable) furniture. It came to us thanks to the generosity of Green Standards.
By utilizing Green Standards’ Charitable Network, businesses and organizations are able to keep their no-longer-needed furniture and equipment out of landfills, putting them instead into the hands of nonprofits like us. Because of Green Standards, we’ve been able to direct our budget toward our community work, without having to utilize a portion for the furnishing of our office space. For a small nonprofit like us, this has been a tremendous help.
We’re so grateful to our local friends, and partner organizations like Green Standards. Thank you, Green Standards, for all you do!

In October 2022, we opened our doors for the first time since the Covid pandemic forced our closure. And we love our new home!
