We Love Our Community Partners!: GREEN STANDARDS

Have you visited our new office yet? If you have, you might have noticed our lovely (and very comfortable) furniture. It came to us thanks to the generosity of Green Standards . By utilizing Green Standards’ Charitable Network, businesses and organizations are able to keep their no-longer-needed furniture and equipment out of landfills, putting them instead into the hands of nonprofits like us. Because of Green Standards, we’ve been able to direct our budget toward our community work, without having to utilize a portion for the furnishing of our office space. For a small nonprofit like us, this has been a tremendous help. We’re so grateful to our local friends, and partner organizations like Green Standards. Thank you, Green Standards, for all you do! If you haven’t been in to see us, please come by!  In October 2022, we opened our doors for the first time since the Covid pandemic forced our closure. And we love our new home! You can find us at: 200 E. Nine Mile Road Suite

Our office is a warm, caring environment, where we strive to make every student feel supported, nurtured, and welcomed. Our sessions are one-on-one, last one hour per student per subject, and cover all academic subject areas. Sessions are held year-round, including through the summer. We also have the ability to work virtually with high school age students. Our goal is to meet our students where they are, to empower them and help them reach their goals .
